1st Contact Tungsten is a Veteran owned & operated company. We donate 5% of profits to Veteran initiatives and we thank you for your support! We realize you have a choice when it comes to Tungsten and we thank you for your support & your help in spreading the word about our mission. 1st Contact Tungsten is available for purchase through our partner Tackle Warehouse. 1st Contact Tungsten Weights are made from 97% pure Tungsten. Why tungsten? Simply put lead sucks and it’s polluting our water. Second, tungsten is a much denser material, that provides increased sensitivity and allows for a more compact (smaller profile) weight.
